Michael Szeto

We are excited to announce that Michael Szeto will be the new owner and lead inspector of Aarrow home inspections.  For the past year Jeff and Michael have been working together and we both proven our commitment to the job and to the clients. Michael have been a certified and licensed NC home inspector since 2018.  He had done over thousands of inspections over the last 5 years and experience had proven that we are one of the best inspectors in the triangle area.  

     Michael is an Internachi certified professional inspector and NC Inspector Nation approved inspector.  He is also an FAA certified drone operator, IAS certified Radon technician, and NC certified NCOWCICB septic inspector.  He thrives to educate himself constantly to serve our clients the best way possible.  

       Michael also has decades of customer service background from the hospitality industry.  Client satisfaction is our company’s number one priority.  “Above and Beyond” is our daily operation motto.  Providing a detailed inspection report with our extensive knowledge of your home is our main goal for the home buying transaction.

Jeffrey Theys

Jeff is a carpenter by trade, and he decided to use the skills and knowledge he had in the homebuilding industry to help people make wise decisions about their home investments and purchases. After having a few bad inspections of his own over the years, Jeffrey felt that he could offer a higher level of service than he was currently seeing in the industry and decided to change careers and become a licensed home inspector.  Now in his 40’s, he has been working in the residential and commercial building industry since he was 17 years old. His family owns one of the largest commercial construction companies on the East Coast, and he has been surrounded by builders his entire life.  Knowing that his 25 years of construction knowledge and experience would make him a great fit for a career as a home inspector, Jeff began to focus solely on this new career path in March of 2018 as a licensed Home Inspector. He is eager to share this wealth of knowledge with his clients, always encouraging them to take full advantage by asking questions before and after the inspection process. Don’t trust your important investment to a home inspector who doesn’t fully understand your home from the inside out.

He loves meeting new people through his job and getting to be the one who puts their minds at ease as they try to understand the home’s condition and necessary repairs. In his spare time, Jeffrey rehabs residential properties and builds homes for his family.
